Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are several types of products that cannot be returned. Perishable products, such as food, flowers or magazines, cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, dangerous goods or flammable gases or liquids.

To make a return, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

We will not accept a refund for:
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision as to whether we approve or decline your refund request.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method within a certain number of days.
